Gourav Sharma

Gourav Sharma is a founding partner of Kaizen Law, where his practice focuses on civil litigation, criminal defence, and real estate law.

Gourav believes that every client deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with respect. He recognizes that dealing with legal matters can be stressful and often comes with difficult decisions. That's why he takes the time to understand each client's situation, explain their options clearly, and provide practical advice tailored to their needs.

Whether defending someone facing criminal charges, helping resolve a dispute, or guiding a client through a personal or financial matter, Gourav approaches his work with careful preparation, determination, and a commitment to protecting his clients' interests. He values building genuine relationships with his clients and believes that trust, honest communication, and dedicated representation are at the heart of good legal service.

Outside of his legal practice, Gourav enjoys working out, running, and travelling.

Nitika Thapar

Nitika Thapar is a co-founder of Kaizen Law, where her practice focuses on business and corporate law, family law, real estate, and wills and estates.

Nitika believes that good legal representation begins with understanding the person behind the matter. She recognizes that every client has different circumstances, concerns, and goals, and takes the time to listen, understand their needs, and provide clear, practical advice. Whether helping someone purchase their first home, plan for their family's future, or navigate a challenging legal situation, she approaches each matter with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to protecting her clients' interests.

Outside of her legal practice, Nitika enjoys travelling, exploring new restaurants, spending time with her dog, and making memories with family and friends.
